The PKA 30 is a battery-powered pump head designed for applying constant pressure when using a STIHL sprayer or water tank.
It’s designed for both domestic or professional tasks in home gardening, horticulture, landscaping or construction and acts as an alternative to a manual pump you may find on a sprayer or water tank. It constantly applies pressure which means you can consistently apply spray agents such as fertiliser or weed killer when used with a sprayer. Or if you are working in construction, it can be used to automatically pump water supply for your cut-off machine – without the need for manually pumping the water tank.
Fitted with a soft-grip carrying handle, it has a battery cover which provides protection from water, liquids and dust and is IPX4 rated – meaning it is protected against water splashes and can be used in all weather conditions. It’s easy to operate too – simply click the power button to turn the PKA 30 on, then adjust the pressure to your desired setting using the dial. A built-in sleep mode detects when the machine is no longer in use, or the container is empty, which helps to save battery life. A battery charge level indicator is located on the machine here.
The PKA 30 can be combined with the following tools:
- SG 31 sprayer
- TS pressurised water tank
- Comes as a kit with the SGA 30 sprayer / WSA 40 water tank
Working time with the AS 2 battery is 30 minutes, which is the following amount of tanks:
- SGA 30 / SG 31 sprayer - 10 to 12 tanks of water
- WSA 40 / TS pressurised water tank - 5 tanks of water
