STIHL's grass guidance system runs along both sides of the mowing deck, gathering grass across the full cutting width and directing it towards the blades. This helps achieve an even, high-quality finish and improves cutting performance close to lawn edges, reducing the amount of manual trimming required afterwards.
 
Grass clippings are collected in the generous 250-litre polymer grass catcher box. Its specially shaped design promotes efficient filling and effective emptying, while the practical curved handle allows the collection box to be tipped and emptied with minimal effort without leaving the driver's seat. The polymer construction is also easy to clean after use.
