Powered by the efficient STIHL 2-MIX engine with four-channel technology, it delivers strong cutting performance with reduced fuel consumption and emissions, fully compliant with EU Stage V regulations. The 3/8" P saw chain with narrow kerf ensures high cutting precision and performance, while the choice of either a 14” or 16” guide bar gives flexibility depending on your needs.
Starting the MS 182 C-BE is simple thanks to STIHL ErgoStart, which requires less effort on the starter cord, and the manual fuel pump which reduces the number of pulls after longer breaks. Operation is made easier with the single-lever combi control and stop function, allowing quick restarts.
The Quick Chain Tensioning system means you can re-tension the chain safely and without tools, while the tool-free fuel and oil caps make refilling simple. A transparent oil tank allows you to monitor chain oil levels at a glance. The chainsaw is fitted with metal bumper spikes for secure, controlled cutting.
For comfort, the STIHL anti-vibration system significantly reduces vibration levels, minimising strain on hands and arms during longer jobs. The carburettor compensator helps maintain consistent engine performance even as the air filter becomes dirty, reducing maintenance intervals.
